Each Over Konfident product is delicately packed and shipped to you with care. Local orders in Ukraine are sent by "Nova Poshta" (3 -5 working days). International delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta Global" (2-3 weeks) or "DHL" (up to 10 days).
We offer you an easy return procedure: contact us within 14 days from the day the parcel was delivered to you and send the products back to our warehouse using any courier service. Remember that the parcel must reach us within 14 days from the day you receive the order. See the Exchanges and Returns section for more details.
