RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at customerservice@overkonfident.com to request return instructions.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Returns may not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as OVER KONFIDENT cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the right fit is important. If you require a different size, size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

To help reduce unnecessary returns and ensure the best possible fit, we encourage customers to contact us before ordering for sizing guidance or custom sizing requests.

Please note that OVER KONFIDENT produces garments in limited quantities, and repeated multi-size purchasing with the intention of returning items may result in future orders being declined.

Custom-sized pieces and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless received faulty.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customerservice@overkonfident.com with your order number and photos of the item for further assistance.

For all exchange requests, items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

 

PRODUCT COLOR

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
