PAYMENT

You will receive a confirmation letter after online payment with all delivery details. Please, note that according to the tariffs of the issuing bank, double conversion may be charged when paying with non-Ukrainian bank accounts.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Local orders in Ukraine are sent by "Nova Poshta" (3 -5 working days).

International delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta Global" (2-3 weeks) and "DHL" (up to 10 days).

Shipping costs are calculated on the website, when placing an order, individually for each country. Additional customs control costs are paid for by the buyer! For more detailed information on shipping costs, please contact us by email or through our instagram page.

Orders to Russia and Belarus are not possible.

RETURNS

Return/exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving the package.
