Please note that additional currency conversion or international transaction fees may be charged by your bank or payment provider when paying with a non-Euro account.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Spain.

Domestic and international orders are delivered via DHL and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Please note that international orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to Russia and Belarus.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
